MULTILIFT hooklifts and skiploaders are built to perform, with strong materials and a quality of workmanship no other hooklift or skiploader provider can match.
All MULTILIFT ULTIMA, XR and XP hooklifts and FUTURA skiploaders come with a two-year Standard Warranty*. OPTIMA range comes with a one year warranty.
Five years for structural parts on ULTIMA and FUTURA
In fact, our Standard Warranty goes much further than the first two years! For MULTILIFT ULTIMA hooklifts and FUTURA Flex skiploaders material warranty is five years for structural parts. And best of all, you can extend the Standard Warranty for any MULTILIFT hooklift or skiploader with purchase of extended warranty.
Warranty terms are valid when:
- Recorded service history included in warranty claim
- Only original Hiab spare parts are used
Structural frames include for hooklift: sub frame, rear frame, middle frame, hook arm and for skiploader arms and platform.

Hiab ProCare Extended warranty helps you to do just that. It adds 1 year to your standard factory warranty as extra protection for your product and to ensure your business keeps running uninterrupted.
* The limited Standard Warranty is subject to the products being registered for warranty as per the standard Hiab/MULTILIFT warranty process. The Standard Warranty covers the repair or replacement necessary to correct defects in the materials or workmanship of any products or parts manufactured or supplied by Hiab (or its authorized dealers) that appear under the conditions of normal operation and in proper use and does not cover defects arising from an accident, misuse (for example, extremely heavy use or exceeding load limits defined in the operating instructions) or negligence, nor does it cover normal deterioration or wear and tear. Further exclusions and requirements for the warranty coverage may apply. The Standard Warranty is always subject to the applicable Warranty Terms and the (local) Hiab General Sales Terms & Conditions, as in force from time to time. Please note that the Warranty Terms and warranty periods may differ from country to country. With respect to details and/or exclusions to the warranties noted above, please refer to the applicable MULTILIFT Warranty Manual or contact your local Hiab representative.
