Mihaela is working as a Senior HR Services Specialist at the Central HR team in Sofia, Bulgaria. She has grown into the role since joining the company in August 2019 as a Junior HR Specialist.

According to Mihaela, the best part of her role is that each day brings new surprises and challenges. In her position, she balances both technical and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth HR operations. A typical day involves managing complex HR transactions and resolving queries from employees and key stakeholders. Additionally, she mentors junior team members, helping them develop their skills and supporting them as they take on new challenges.
